Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team as a Sunday Buffet Waiter. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable buffet dining experience during our busy Sunday service. No prior waiting experience is required; full training will be provided to help you excel in this role. Your positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most to us.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain buffet stations, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with any inquiries or special requests.
- Replenish food and beverage items on the buffet line as needed, monitoring stock levels.
- Clear used plates, cutlery, and glassware promptly from tables and buffet areas.
- Assist with general dining room setup and breakdown before and after service.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
