Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bistro Waitress to join our friendly team at La Couronne Bistro. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to provide excellent service. As a Bistro Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. While previous experience is a plus, it is not strictly required, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training to motivated candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will be an integral part of our close-knit team, contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting and seating guests upon their arrival.
- Presenting menus, answering questions about food and beverage items, and making recommendations.
- Accurately taking food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring tables during service to ensure guest satisfaction and respond to any additional requests.
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Processing payments accurately and handling cash or card transactions.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, including setting up and tidying the dining area.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
