Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and attendees to various events.
- Efficiently guide guests to their designated seats or areas.
- Provide accurate information about the event schedule, facilities, and general queries.
- Assist with crowd management to ensure a smooth flow of people and maintain order.
- Politely address any guest inquiries or concerns, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Help with the basic setup and dismantling of event areas, such as placing signs or arranging seating, if required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- High level of punctuality and reliability.
- Strong customer service orientation and a willingness to help.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
