Job Description
We are seeking a charismatic and dedicated Lounge Greeter to join our evening shift team at Circa Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, guide them to their tables, and ensure a seamless flow within our vibrant lounge environment. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. We offer comprehensive training and a supportive work environment, along with complimentary drop-off service after your evening shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival at the lounge.
- Manage reservations efficiently, utilizing our booking system, and guide guests to their designated tables.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
- Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations during peak hours.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about the lounge's offerings, and offer recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required to support the lounge team.
