Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Waiters to join our dynamic team at The Waterfront Bistro & Grill. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Attend to guests' needs and requests throughout their meal.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
