Job Description
Are you a charismatic and skilled individual with a passion for hospitality? Eventful Nigeria is seeking dynamic Mobile Bartenders & Servers to join our vibrant team. This exciting role involves providing professional beverage and serving services at various events, including corporate functions, private parties, weddings, and festivals throughout Festac Town and broader Lagos. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, assisting with food service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of each event. This position offers competitive daily booking fees plus the opportunity to earn significant cash tips.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Set up and break down mobile bar stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization before, during, and after events.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Assist with food service and guest assistance as required, maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Manage inventory of bar supplies, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware at events.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with event coordinators and other team members to deliver seamless service.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in bartending and serving roles (1+ year preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from a reputable bartending school.
- Experience with mobile bar setups or off-site catering.
