Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Outdoor Catering Waiters to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality food and beverage service at various private events, including intimate home gatherings and larger celebratory parties. As an Outdoor Catering Waiter, you will be a key representative of AfroFusion Culinary Events, ensuring our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience. You will work closely with our culinary and event management teams to execute events flawlessly, from setup to breakdown. Key Responsibilities
- Set up event spaces, including tables, chairs, place settings, and buffet stations according to event specifications.
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service.
- Serve food and drinks with precision and professionalism, adhering to service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup of event venues, ensuring all equipment is properly stored.
- Handle all catering equipment and supplies with care.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and event managers.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
