Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and organized individuals to join our team as Warehouse Inventory Sorters. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with an SSCE or OND qualification who are eager to start a career in logistics and warehouse operations. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, ensuring accurate sorting, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment to facilitate efficient order fulfillment and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory according to established procedures.
- Accurately scan and label products, ensuring all items are correctly identified.
- Safely move inventory within the warehouse using appropriate equipment (manual or powered, with training).
- Assist with inventory counts and contribute to maintaining precise inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages up to 25 kg.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to a warehouse or logistics environment (not required, but a plus).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations.
