Job Description

Jumia Logistics is hiring enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our warehouse team as Picker & Packers in Yaba. This is an entry-level position where we provide full training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items according to order sheets.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25kg (with assistance if necessary).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of English.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent local qualification).
- Previous experience in a physical labor role (not required, but a plus).
