Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Live-in Lounge Waitress to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in hospitality, with the added benefit of on-site accommodation. As a Live-in Lounge Waitress, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience. Full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with all the necessary skills to excel in this role. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and present menus upon their arrival.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions with precision.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the lounge as required.
