Job Description
Join the vibrant team at Lagos Eats Bistro as a Bistro Waitress! We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to enhance our guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is eager to learn, and wants to be part of a friendly and supportive team. While previous experience is a plus, it’s not strictly required; we value a positive attitude and a willingness to provide exceptional service. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a pleasant and efficient dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Clear tables, set up new tables, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
