Job Description

The Event Company Nigeria is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Event Hostesses. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with no prior experience, as comprehensive paid training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing exceptional service to all attendees. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the hospitality and events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at events.
- Assist guests with directions, information, and seating arrangements.
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout events.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with event staff to ensure seamless event flow.
- Assist with light setup and breakdown tasks as needed.
- Uphold the company's standards for service excellence.
