Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Factory Packaging Hand to join our production team in Yaba, Lagos. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the manufacturing industry. As a Factory Packaging Hand, you will be responsible for the efficient and careful packaging of our food and beverage products, ensuring they meet our high quality standards. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. This role offers stable weekly wages and a transport allowance to support your commute.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform visual quality checks on products and packaging materials.
- Accurately pack finished products into boxes, crates, or other containers.
- Label and stack packaged goods for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product defects to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a factory or production environment is a plus, but not required.
