Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our production team as a Soap & Detergent Production Hand. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those eager to learn and grow within a structured manufacturing environment. As a Production Hand, you will be crucial to the efficient and quality-controlled manufacturing of our renowned soap and detergent products. Full training will be provided, ensuring you have all the skills needed to succeed. This role offers a weekly stipend, recognizing your valuable contribution to our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of raw materials for soap and detergent production.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision, following safety protocols.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
- Package finished products according to company guidelines and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
