Job Description
We are actively seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our production team as Production Staff. This entry-level role is crucial to the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Full training will be provided to successful candidates, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in manufacturing. A staff bus service will be provided to facilitate easy commute for our employees.
As a member of our production team, you will contribute directly to the creation of products that are loved by consumers across Nigeria and beyond. We foster a supportive and collaborative work environment where safety and continuous improvement are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Report any malfunctions or issues with equipment to the team lead promptly.
- Assist with the packaging and labeling of finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
