Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Lounge Waitress to join our esteemed hospitality team at Eko Hotels & Suites. As a Lounge Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining and lounge experience. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the vibrant atmosphere of our lounge. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident in all aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon their arrival at the lounge and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor guest tables to ensure satisfaction and respond to any additional requests.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
