Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and elegantly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Monitor guest tables to anticipate needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and cutlery, and promptly reset tables for new guests.
- Handle payment transactions, process cash and card payments, and manage a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, serving stations, and wait staff assigned sections.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
