Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders from inventory using handheld scanners or other equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate packaging for shipment.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Load and unload inventory from trucks and shelving.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 49 pounds regularly, and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment (not required, but a plus).
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (training provided if needed).
