Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Ushering Team Members to join our vibrant team on a contract basis. This role offers the flexibility of ongoing gigs with convenient weekly payouts, perfect for individuals seeking flexible work schedules and a chance to be part of exciting events in Sangotedo and wider Lagos. As an Ushering Team Member, you will be the face of our events, ensuring guests have a welcoming and smooth experience. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at event venues.
- Guide guests to their designated seats or areas efficiently.
- Provide information and directions regarding event facilities, schedules, and amenities.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain order and ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all attendees.
- Distribute programs, promotional materials, or other items as required.
- Monitor entrance and exit points, ensuring smooth flow of traffic.
- Collaborate effectively with event staff and security personnel.
- Adhere to event protocols and company standards at all times.
