Job Description
We are urgently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Waitresses at Mama T’s Quick Bites Diner. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a dynamic environment. While previous experience is a plus, it is not strictly required as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in your role. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a pleasant dining experience through efficient service and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival
- Present menus and inform customers about daily specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs
- Process payments and manage cash/card transactions accurately
- Clear and reset tables quickly after customers depart
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with general diner upkeep as needed
