Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Trade Fair & Exhibition Ushers for various upcoming events. This is a temporary, on-site role offering a daily stipend and complimentary feeding during your shifts. As an Usher, you will be the face of our events, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all attendees. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in event management, develop customer service skills, and network within various industries. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome attendees to the exhibition or trade fair.
- Provide directions and guidance to various exhibition booths, facilities, and seminar rooms.
- Distribute event programs, brochures, and other informational materials.
- Assist with crowd management and maintain orderly flow within the venue.
- Answer general inquiries from attendees in a polite and helpful manner.
- Ensure the event space remains tidy and presentable throughout the event.
- Assist event organizers with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Report any issues or concerns to event supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all event safety and security protocols.
