Job Description
Are you enthusiastic, reliable, and looking for flexible work with immediate payment? Zenith Bank is seeking dynamic Event Ushers to join our team for various events held in and around Festac Town, Lagos. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, maintaining order, and ensuring a seamless experience for event attendees. We offer daily pay, directly after each event, either in cash or via transfer. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to all successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct event attendees to their designated seats or areas.
- Provide assistance and information to guests regarding event schedules, facilities, and general inquiries.
- Maintain order and ensure a smooth flow of people within the event venue.
- Monitor designated areas for any issues or concerns and report them promptly to event management.
- Assist with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown as required.
- Adhere to all event safety and security protocols.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the venue.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in event support, hospitality, or customer service roles (even if informal).
- Fluency in multiple local languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with event venues in Festac Town and surrounding Lagos areas.
