Job Description
Are you a student looking for a flexible and engaging part-time role? Filmhouse Cinemas is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Ushering Team in Ilupeju. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic environment, with full training provided. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a pleasant and safe movie-going experience, from the moment they enter our cinema until they leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them in finding their seats.
- Scan tickets and provide directional assistance throughout the cinema.
- Monitor auditoriums during screenings to ensure guest comfort and address any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in cinema lobbies, hallways, and auditoriums.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about movie schedules, facilities, and promotions.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuation, if necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth cinema operations.
- Uphold Filmhouse Cinemas' standards of customer service and professionalism.
