Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Sports Bar Servers to join our team for matchday shifts. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for sports, and excel at providing outstanding customer service. As a Sports Bar Server, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable and seamless experience, from taking orders to serving food and beverages efficiently during peak sporting events.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus promptly.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Process payments using the POS system and handle cash/card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and tables.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with bar staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Promote a positive and exciting atmosphere during live sports broadcasts.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
