Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Bottling Plant Factory Worker. This on-site role involves working within a fast-paced production environment, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bottling lines. You will be responsible for various tasks related to product packaging, quality control, and general factory upkeep. Shift allowance is provided for evening and night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bottling machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Inspect products for quality defects and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Load and unload materials onto production lines.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all hygiene protocols.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25kg, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and hygiene.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (bottling plant experience is a plus).
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with machinery.
- High School Certificate or its equivalent.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures.
