Job Description

This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is needed – we believe in investing in our people and will provide comprehensive, on-the-job training to equip you with all the skills required to succeed. You will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various stages of the production process, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision after receiving proper training.
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Load, unload, and move raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies.
- Package finished goods accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
