Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Cocktail Server to join our high-energy bar team in Festac Town. As a Cocktail Server, you will be the face of our beverage experience, ensuring every guest enjoys their visit with prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present cocktail menus in an engaging manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS system efficiently.
- Serve drinks and food items promptly and courteously.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and service stations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Promote daily specials and upsell beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.

Preferred Qualifications
