Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Sports Bar Servers to join our team for matchday shifts. If you have a passion for sports, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and love making guests feel welcome, this is the perfect role for you. As a Sports Bar Server, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience, serving drinks and food with a smile, and maintaining the high-energy atmosphere during key sporting events. Full training will be provided, so prior experience is a plus but not strictly required for individuals with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus promptly.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service during peak matchday periods.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for scheduled matchday shifts.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
