Job Description
Are you a friendly, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn individual looking to kickstart your career in the exciting world of events? Novare Mall Management is seeking an Event Hostess to join our dynamic team in Sangotedo. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. You will be the face of our events, ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and have a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at various events within the mall.
- Provide clear directions and information about event schedules, layouts, and facilities.
- Assist with registration processes and manage guest flow efficiently.
- Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries and provide helpful solutions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout events.
- Help create a positive and engaging atmosphere for all attendees.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with basic event setup and breakdown as needed.
