Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Ushers to join our vibrant team for weekend events. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work with daily pay, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays. As an Event Usher, you will be the face of our events, providing crucial support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at event venues.
- Direct attendees to their seats, designated areas, or facilities.
- Provide information regarding event schedules, programs, and venue layout.
- Scan tickets or check guest lists for entry.
- Manage crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Distribute programs, flyers, or promotional materials as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other event staff and security personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized event environment.
- Report any significant issues or emergencies to a supervisor promptly.
