Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary / Elementary School Teacher to join our enthusiastic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator, or a newly qualified teacher looking to make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative, stimulating, and age-appropriate lessons that align with the national curriculum and school policies.
  • Assess, monitor, record, and report on the learning and development of pupils, providing constructive feedback.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to participate.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and good conduct among pupils.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the holistic development and well-being of pupils.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

Required Skills

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent international teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrable passion for primary education and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience teaching across multiple key stages within primary education.
  • Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum.
  • Experience working with English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners.
  • Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning.
