Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Waiter for weekend events at Eko Hotels & Suites. This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexible work hours, particularly on Saturdays and Sundays, who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a high-energy environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our events run smoothly, providing outstanding service to guests, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. While prior experience is a plus, we welcome enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet halls and event spaces according to specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings.
- Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously during events.
- Clear tables and reset for subsequent courses or events as needed.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the banquet team, kitchen staff, and event organizers.
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup of event spaces.
- Handle special requests and accommodate dietary needs as instructed.
