Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently and accurately.
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and assisting with initial inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth dining service.
- Assist guests with special requests or accommodations, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding restaurant services and offerings.
- Assist in maintaining a harmonious and efficient flow of operations during peak hours.
Required Skills
- Minimum of OND or SSCE qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures.
