Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our production team as Factory Packaging Hands. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are correctly packaged, labeled, and prepared for distribution. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stable employment with weekly wages and additional transport allowance. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform packaging duties as instructed, including sorting, packing, and sealing products.
- Label products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Assist with moving materials and finished goods within the factory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (SSCE).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with basic packaging equipment.
