Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Weekend Waiters. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for flexible weekend work with the added benefit of weekly pay. As a Weekend Waiter, you will be instrumental in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service during their dining experience, making their stay with us truly special. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any dining-related issues promptly.
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
