Job Description
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Bistro Waitress to join our team at Lagos Taste Bistro. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who love interacting with people, have a passion for hospitality, and are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. While previous experience is a plus, we welcome enthusiastic newcomers who are committed to providing outstanding customer service. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations.
- Accurately take food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Clear tables and assist with setting up for new guests.
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
