Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our production team as Factory Sorters. This is a fantastic opportunity for direct company employment with the added benefit of weekly payouts, ensuring immediate financial stability. You will play a vital role in our quality control process, ensuring that products meet our high standards before reaching our consumers. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products on the conveyor belt for defects, damages, and non-conformities.
- Sort products accurately based on size, type, color, and quality standards.
- Remove rejected items and place them in designated areas for further processing.
- Package finished goods efficiently and correctly, preparing them for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Strong attention to detail and good visual acuity.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a factory setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school leaving certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (not required but a plus).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
