Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and detail-oriented Event Hostesses to represent Access Bank Plc at various events, conferences, and corporate engagements held across Victoria Island, Lagos. This role is crucial for creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless experience for all our guests and attendees. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and attendees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Direct visitors to appropriate event areas, registration desks, or specific booths.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about event schedules, speakers, and company services.
- Assist with event registration, check-in, and badge distribution processes.
- Distribute promotional materials, brochures, and other event collateral.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional appearance of all event spaces.
- Anticipate and address guest needs and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate effectively with event staff, security, and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding guest interaction and event protocol.
