Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Ushers for an immediate booking this Saturday to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees at one of our premier event venues in Baltimore. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for a one-day assignment with competitive pay and a chance to experience the excitement of live entertainment firsthand. You will be responsible for guiding guests, verifying tickets, and maintaining a welcoming and safe environment. No prior experience is necessary; we provide all required training for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Guide guests to their assigned seats or direct them to various venue facilities.
- Verify tickets upon entry and provide accurate information regarding event schedules and venue policies.
- Assist guests with any inquiries, concerns, or special needs.
- Maintain order and ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all attendees.
- Report any issues or emergencies to event management promptly.
- Ensure aisles and exits remain clear and accessible at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during an event.
