Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Waiter to join our vibrant team at The George, Ikoyi. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Bar Waiter, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving beverages efficiently and courteously in our elegant bar and lounge areas. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present beverage menus.
- Take drink orders accurately and process them efficiently.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and serving stations.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Assist bartenders with stocking, preparing garnishes, and inventory management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure smooth service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
Required Skills
