Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our production team as Factory Packers. This is an entry-level position perfect for those looking to start a career in manufacturing. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to all successful candidates. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our high-quality products are correctly packaged and ready for distribution. This is an immediate start opportunity available through a walk-in interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack finished products according to company standards and specifications.
- Inspect products for quality defects before packing.
- Label packages clearly and correctly.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
