Job Description

The Peninsula Gardens Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Waiters to join our vibrant team in Sangotedo. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly and efficiently.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about daily specials, ingredients, allergies).
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
- Serve food and drink orders promptly and correctly.
- Ensure tables are clean and tidy at all times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas for events or daily service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
