Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant team as Beach Resort Waitresses. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in hospitality. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience, serving food and beverages with a friendly and efficient demeanor right on our beautiful resort grounds. On-site staff accommodation is provided to ensure your comfort and convenience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus promptly.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and assist with setting up for new guests.
- Answer guest inquiries about menu items, resort services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest concerns and special requests with courtesy and escalate when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
