Job Description
Join the vibrant team at Protea Bayview Resort by Marriott as Resort Floor Staff! This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals eager to start a career in hospitality. As Resort Floor Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and welcoming atmosphere of our resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, guest rooms, and other resort facilities.
- Assist guests with inquiries, luggage, and general requests with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Support various departments including housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage as needed.
- Set up and reset resort areas for events, dining, or guest activities.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest concerns promptly to supervisors.
- Adhere to all resort policies, safety standards, and service guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
