Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Waitress at our upscale resort in Magodo. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing outstanding service. While the title suggests a ‘beach resort,’ our Magodo location offers a luxurious resort experience with lush surroundings, exquisite dining, and top-tier guest services. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for entry-level candidates eager to start their career in hospitality. We also provide comfortable on-site staff accommodation to ensure your convenience and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and seat them appropriately
  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Process payments and handle transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service to enhance their dining experience
