Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals eager to provide outstanding hospitality to our guests. As a server, you will be the face of our restaurant, guiding guests through our menu, ensuring their needs are met, and contributing to an unforgettable dining atmosphere. Importantly, you will keep 100% of the personal tips you earn, alongside a competitive base pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, assisting them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about food and beverage items, and make informed recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests.
- Monitor dining tables to ensure guest satisfaction, refilling drinks, and addressing any concerns.
- Process payments accurately using cash registers and POS terminals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting up and clearing tables.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
