Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Pool Bar Waitress to join our vibrant Beach Club team at Eko Hotels & Suites. If you have a passion for hospitality, a friendly demeanor, and thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Pool Bar Waitress, you will be the face of our beach club, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and delightful experience with prompt and courteous service. Full training will be provided to the right candidate with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and present menus, offering recommendations for beverages and food items.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, clearly communicating details to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently to guests at the pool and beach club areas.
- Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool bar area, tables, and lounge chairs.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in all aspects of service.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Report any guest complaints or operational issues to management promptly.
