Job Description
We are seeking a charismatic and polished Luxury Lounge Hostess to join our evening shift team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for high-end hospitality and guest relations. As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their experience, ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the lounge.
- Escort guests to their tables or preferred seating areas with elegance and efficiency.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guest flow, ensuring optimal seating arrangements and wait times.
- Provide accurate information about the lounge's offerings, including menu highlights and special promotions.
- Anticipate guest needs and communicate them effectively to the service team.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and lounge entrance area.
- Assist guests with coats, bags, and any other immediate needs.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints with professionalism and grace.
- Collaborate with the management and service staff to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
