Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and friendly Ushering Associates to support various events, activations, and corporate functions on a weekly gig schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work arrangements with the benefit of consistent, direct bank transfers for your services. As an Ushering Associate, you will be the face of our events, ensuring guests feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for individuals keen to gain experience in events and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct guests upon arrival at events.
- Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, seating, and facilities.
- Maintain order and decorum within event areas.
- Distribute programs, promotional materials, or other event collateral.
- Assist with seating arrangements and guide attendees to their designated areas.
- Address minor guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure event spaces are kept tidy and presentable throughout the event duration.
- Collaborate effectively with event organizers and other team members.
