Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated General Factory Assistant to join our production team in Ikeja. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced factory environment. You will support various production activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety and quality standards. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, making this an excellent opportunity for those with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation and monitoring of production machinery.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of factory equipment and work areas.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Package and label products accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock checks and movement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
